My girlfriend Jane (who is also a big TAGS fan)
and I were chatting the other day about Christmas
things we like or don't like. She said she "loves"
fruitcake-I said I "hate" it. After a few more
minutes of her telling me what was so great about
it, I finally said to her, "Naomi, you are a strange
woman" We laughed and laughed and laughed...
I can always squeeze in some TAGS comment everyday,
and it makes the day sweeter, don't ya' think?
Merry Christmas to everyone and a blessed '05,
Brenda Jo

Allan,
Thank you so much for the beautiful Christmas Card. It is such a wonderful
thing you do by making the digest available to all of us, and I thank you. I
can't begin to imagine the time it takes for you to take care of the digest,
but please believe me when I say I am so grateful to you for doing it.
I hope you Jan and Adam have a wonderful and blessed Christmas and a Happy New
Year.
Your Mayberry Friend in Cincinnati,
Anita Carpenter

That concoction Andy mixes up for Otis' hangover has always looked pretty
disgusting, but it appeared that Hal Smith actually drank it. It was not a
continuous camera shot so they could have swapped something more tasty , but
I seem to remember a note from somewhere that Hal or Andy confirmed that Hal
did, if fact, drink that stuff. Do I actually remember that as being fact,
or did my cider turn hard?

What a lovely Christmas greeting from Allan and his family!!! I want to
wish all of my friends at Mayberry a very Blessed Christmas and Safe and
Healthy 2005. My family and I will be riding the train to Chicago on
Christmas day and will be staying there for a few days, just doing the
"touristy" things. I will need to catch up on my digest readings when I
return. Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Wow! Thank you.
