This morning it was about 28 degrees here in SC endangering our peach crop. So the weather was an item of interest on the local morning news. In making the segue from the news to the weatherman, the news anchor made mention of the fact that Spring had already arrived then bravely attempted to sing "Welcome, sweet springtime, we greet thee with song..."
