That's actually the jacket from one of Andy Griffith's real records. It's called "Andy Griffith Shouts the Blues and Old-Timey Songs." The prop department just pasted "Music from Mayberry" over the title (I think they got the idea after reading the book "The History of the United States of America" by Bernard P. Fife). As far as what happened to the prop album cover seen in the episode, I'd guess that either it's long gone, or maybe Andy himself still has it.
