I saw Billy Ray, the postal carrier, in an episode the other night. He wouldn't hand the mail to Andy because Andy was not an authorized receptacle. I seem to remember him in another episode where he and Barney fight over the bullentin board. Was he also in the episode where Bobby Fleet and his band come into town? I think he said something to Andy about getting back to the post office because he might pick up some money order business.
