Ken I agree! I'd like to add the scene in which Barney secretly invites Helen to Thelma Lou's and nearly shakes Andy's hand to death in his excitement. Later, he steals Andy's chair of choice with some fast-paced deputy maneuvering (and crosses his legs in a quite refined manner)!
