Don't waste your money on those, there are several companies producing them but
they all have the same episodes. The same thing happened with VHS tapes a few
years back. Just buy the complete seasons on DVD.

There was "Return to Mayberry" in 1986, a made-for-TV movie with most of the
surviving cast members. There have been many other reunion shows (not movies)
televised over the years, mostly on TBS. It's very unlikely these reunion
shows will ever be made available on DVD. And so far, Mayberry RFD has not
been released on DVD. If you find any for sale on the Internet, they are
bootleg copies that somebody recorded off of TV.
