Usually Briscoe, but it at least one episode (Briscoe Declares for Aunt Bee, I think it was) the closing credits have it as Brisco without the final E. When Denver Pyle signed autograhs, he always spelled it Brisco, so I'd consider that to be correct. Now that we're on the subject of spelling, I notice a LOT of people on this list consistently misspell Aunt Bee's name. It's I before E except after C, E before N in chicken, and E after E in Aunt Bee. Never B-E-A!
