Congratulations to everyone who correctly identified Mayor Stoner's house and
the Remshaw House as one and the same. The same house was also used as Mrs.
Wiley's, but that's not the answer I had in mind since my original question
concerned main characters, and we only saw Mrs. Wiley in that one episode.
I must have seen all of those episodes 50 times before I realized that that
house sat right next door to Andy's! The Show was so carefully shot and
skillfully edited, and the sets dressed so brilliantly, that most people would
never notice that the same few houses were used over and over and over. Andy's
house was the only constant.
