Your right on that Tom. I think Jack was a great actor but the problem with his
role on TAGS was that he came in too soon after Don left. I think the better
plan would have been to hire Goober as deputy, if they thought they really
needed someone to fill the void. We all saw Goober in that role at various
times and he handled well. We could have gotten along without wally's filling
station a lot easier and even if they thought they needed another gas station
attendent they could have filled it with Flora. Wouldn't that have been a riot.
