I've always been "kinda, sorta" curious about Howard's frequent use of that phrase. It just never had the sound to me of something scripted and made me wonder if Jack Dodson had ad-libbed it at some point and been allowed to integrate it into his Howard character. Does anyone here know or have an opinion?
