I work part time for our school's music department and had to go to the post office this morning after I was done at school. I pulled into a parking space and as I was getting out of my car a pick up truck pulled into the space next to me. What's the big deal? Well, to take the space next to mine the pick up had to make an illegal u-turn. I thought to myself, "Where is Barney when we need him?"
