Ron Howard played the voice of the character Tom Colonic in the Fareley brothers' movie "Osmosis Jones". It is a part live action and part animation film, so I guess that counts because he was only in the animatied portions. I use this film in my anatomy & physiology classes to illustrate how the immune system works.
