I have a theory about all the rain when the gold truck came through. My theory
is that there was a very rainy spell in Southern California about the time of
this filming, and they had no choice but to film in the rain if they wanted to
get the episode finished. If iyou notice, it is raining part of the time, and
not raining at other times. Also there was no reason to include rain in the
episode, the episode would have played the same either way. As most people
know, it seldom rains very much around Hollywood, so for all of the other
episodes they were able to film around the rain. As for the Sam Becker
episode, it seems to me that is artificial rain and storm that was added to
make the episode seem more suspenseful. The rain during the Sam Becker episode
just does not seem real.
