My grandmother (our Aunt Bee) used to say that when we kids got wound up:
"you youngun's have got the squidgets, now settle down before I lose my
mind!" There were 7 of us and we did indeed get to making a lot of racket
once Mama and Daddy were gone shopping. God bless her for her patience!
