Holland,  Now remember I have to go way back in my memory banks to get this so 
I might no be absolutely correct. In my younger days here in the state of 
Virginia, if you were 18 years old, you could buy 3.2 beer which if I remember 
correctly meant it contained 3.2 % alcohol.  You had to be 21 to buy 6.4 beer.  
Many a young lad in this area took off their high school letter jackets, senior 
rings and deepened their voices to try and get one over on a shopkeeper to try 
and acquire the elusive 6.4 beer.  Not that I was ever involved in anything
