While trying to go to sleep last night I remembered another clock in
Mayberry.In
Mountain Wedding Barney had an alarm clock set to wake him up so he and Andy
could get an early start to go up to the Darlings to investigate the Ernest
T.Bass problem.When Andy found Barney still asleep he used various methods to
finally wake him. This scene is one of the most hilarious in all of the shows.
How Don got through this scene without even flinching is beyond me. It is
really
a shame there are no out takes available from TAGS.
