I was watching the first episode of the trilogy where the Taylors go to
Hollywood this morning. Even though I had seen the episode before, today it
dawned on me that there was a mistake in the episode. When Andy opens up the
envelope from the movie studio and sees the check for $1,000.00 he acts like he
is surprised. But no company would arbritarly send someone a check for a set
amount to secure the release of their name for movie rights. The amount of the
check would have to be negotiated beforehand with the subject. Andy would have
to sign some sort of release before he got the check.
Orville Hendricks - Selling Butter and Eggs in Mt. Pilot since 1962. Evan and
I were very pleased with our renumeration from the TAGS show. But Martha held
out for more money, so the producers just wrote her out of the show and only
had me mention her name.
