I remember another episode where Barney was napping in the back room, and Andy snuck his hat out of his hands, replacing it with his (Andy's) hat. Then when Andy slammed the door and Barney woke up, he came out with Andy's hat on, which was too big for him. Andy then asked, "You get a haircut?" I think it's the Chain Letter episode, but I'm not sure.
