I was shopping with my Darling person yesterday and ran across something that looked like Miracle Salve. It was Dr Dobbs Rescue Squad salve. They wanted $6.50 for three fourths of an ounce!! (I think this link sells it for $5.99) What would Dr. Pendyke say??? I know it's been a few years and inflation and all of that..but a whole jar for 35 cents..all of a sudden, doesn't sound too bad..whether or not it cures the mange!! Bring back the miracle salve. -------------------- It was really great to see Allan's father writing into the Digest with his crossword Puzzle reference. Yes Mr. Newsome, Mayberry RFD ran three seasons from 1968 through 1971 starring Ken Berry. She mentioned that she had won a few Pancake eating contests. Wow, a girl for Goober!!! And a pretty one no less.
