Ken, thank you so much for the heads-up about the baby hummingbird rescue!
That was just about the most precious thing I have ever seen. God bless that
young man for his loving persistence. I wonder if the bird is still a member
of his household still? On another note, I once found a baby bird fallen
out of our tree and no mother nearby so I made arrangements to take it to a
habitat the next day and proceeded to give it water with a dropper and a
worm but was later told that I could have drowned it as it was so young! I
was sick at heart so us laymen sometimes shouldn't proceed on our own.
