I may have solved this mystery. The boys down at the garage said that when anyone new comes to town looking for someone all they have to do is ask...Sarah, that is. Maybe she picked up any phone to ask where Floyd was. Andy and Floyd knowing that this would happen told Sarah that all calls should be directed to the new location. Better yet, it would be easy to believe that Andy just told Sarah to give Ms. Grayson the directions!
