I do not know how to convert a VHS tape to a format that will play on Youtube,
and I don't even think I have a working VCR anymore. Hey Allan, if you and your

I purchased a great little item made by SONY called DVDIrect. I converted all
my home movies that were on VHS to DVD's. It is very easy to do but you do need
a VCR. You just plug the DVDirect into the VCR and put a blank DVD in and
presto...I love it. I converted about 50 VHS home movies to about 20 DVD's.
Just a thought, don't want to make a big moulage out of it...but if I can do
it, anyone can.
Just a few more weeks til Mayberry Days...cant wait.
If anyone is looking for something else to do while in Mount Airy, I did the
zip lines at Carolina Zip Lines last time I was in Mount Airy and it was really
fun. Takes about 20 minutes to get there and you zip line for 2 hours...
