I was watching an episode of "The Danny Thomas Show" this morning . In it Danny's teenage daughter was in a skit that was going to be presented to the PTA...It involved a lot of Rock and Roll music. As I watched I realized how it was so close to "The Senior Play" episode on TAGS...The Principal was totally against those 'barbaric gyrations" so Danny came to the rescue suggesting to the kids they do a roaring 20's dance number. Again the principal was against it until Danny explained that he found out the principal was once known as "Jazzbo"..and a raccoon coat one of the boys was wearing also belonged to him and one of the girls wore a 23-skidoo outfit belonging to the principal's wife. B/c of the similairities to the TAGS episode I watched the credits and saw our very own Jim Frizzell and Bill Davenport wrote the show for Danny Thomas... Does that make me a bonified noticer...??
