Another second grade teacher alerted me to her student of the month's favorite tv show. We have to fill out a little sheet on the selected student each month. Most of them like Sponge Bob or some nonsense like that, but hers liked.... The Andy Griffith Show. She said he tried to tell her it was Andy Griffin, but she had heard Griffith enough from me, to know the truth. Of course, I had to call him over on the playground and get more info. He appears to watch it from DVDs and his favorite character is Opie. He didn't have a favorite show yet. He did like my Barney pride sniff imitation though. Now this kid is going places! I just had to share- what 8 year old, not related to you, do you know who says Andy is his favorite TV show?? Pretty cool, huh?
