Well, this was an unusual sighting. On TMC, I was watching a 1942 war propaganda short called "Men of the Sky" and who do I spot but Inspector Case. Tod Andrews played that part in "The Inspector." But this short didn't have a Tod Andrews in it. Turns out that, until 1944, Tod used the screen name of Michael Ames, the star of this military short about the Army Air Corps.
