Love those old shows on MEtv and ANTENNAtv....Mayberrians are all over the place. I saw Sue Ane Langdon (county Nurse, Mary ) as a date for Wally Cleaver, On "Leave It To Beaver", I had to really study her because she was so young but that little turned up nose gave her away. Also saw Edgar Buchanan as Uncle Billy on "Leave It To Beaver" and Floyd on "The Burns and Allan Show"...Of course Mary Grace and Sid Melton are on "Green Acres" here on a local channel. They are turning up quite regularly on "The Jack Benny Show".
My next comedy show is at a VFW on Feb 1st....I was in the grocery store yesterday with my wife when a woman stopped her and asked, What kind of fur her coat was. My wife told her it was rabbit. The lady said, "Do you know 20 rabbits were killed to make that coat". I chimed in, "I didn't know there were any witnesses. Now I suppose I'll have to kill you."
