Watching the Bed Jacket episode while home for lunch today got me to
thinking....as gossipy as Mayberry is and we learn just how gossipy in Those
Gossiping Men episode and many other "Tell me about Myra Koontz" shows, I doubt
that Mrs. Luken's customers could keep their trap shut about who had the bed
jacket first. You just know she spread that little tidbit like wildfire....
I'd enjoy waking to the Fishing Hole song or maybe Down In the
Valley....Nothing as lively as Barney's Theme. Rarely does my alarm whistle as
I'm an early riser and usually wake before it starts sounding off.
