I have often wondered whatever became of Poor Horatio, that half a boy who Andy spoke about. There was an article in our daily paper today about ten recent high school graduates who received the "Horatio Alger" scholarship So apparently good old Poor Horatio must have overcome the stigma of being just "half a boy" in order to be able to establish this annual scholarship.
