Story Highlights * Mayberry Cafe is helping to host a two-day spring festival to celebrate 'The Andy Griffith Show' * Christine and Brad Born bought the Danville restaurant in 1989 and used the TV show theme to boost business * Two 'Griffith' cast members have committed to participating in the May 17-18 event Taking place May 17th & 18th, 2014, this 2-day festival celebrates all things Mayberry. There will be tribute artists, a Dillard’s concert, soap box derby, parade, pancake breakfast, squad car nationals, arts & crafts vendors, Mayberry-themed contests, and much more wholesome family fun! This first annual festival will be held on the Historic Courthouse Square in Danville.
