I do believe there were two different Arnolds on TAGS. The first Arnold was the spoiled Arnold who then appeared with Opie at the Rimshaw house. He was Arnold Winkler and he was indeed played by Ronnie Dapo.
The second Arnold who made a number of appearances in color episodes of TAGS was Arnold Bailey, son of Doctor Bailey. He was played by a totally different actor named Sheldon Golomb.
