Watching Ken Anderson and the squad car in a recent parade when I noticed he wasn't using turn signals. I thought that unusual for a strict "law-enforcer" like ol' Ken. So I confronted him about this blatant ignoring of the law. Apparently, it is due to his upbringing. He said it was because his hometown was so small there was no need for turn signals since everybody knew where you were going anyway.
