This is an important trained noticing. I knew he played Fletch and a few
others but it occurred to me that possibly he might have appeared in more
episodes than our versatile Allan Melvin. I consulted my cheat sheet I
downloaded from the main TAGS site and it's a goooooooood document, Bob McQuain
appeared in 11 episodes. Here is how they are listed (don't ask me to name the
episode); Bill, Fletch Roberts, Ike Gordon, Jim Baker, Joe Waters, lieutenant,
manicure customer, newlywed man, one of the Jenkins men, postal clerk, and Sgt
Johnson.
And for the record, Allan Melvin's 8 character names were; "Doc" Clarence
Malloy, Clyde Plaunt, convict, Detective Bardolli, Fred Plummber, Jake, Neil,
and Recruiting Sgt.

....Johnny Paul Jason says chewing tar is good for the teeth......That's an
old wives tale....Johnny Paul ain't married.....
