Watched the very first episode of "Newhart" tonight on Antenna TV. The show
was from 1982 and showed how the Loudons first bought the Stratford Inn. I
watched this show for all 9 seasons and really liked it.
Anyway at the very beginning of the very first show, the Loudons are buying the
Inn, and the realtor selling it to them is none other than Howard Sprague.
I guess Howard learned all the tricks of the real estate trade from Barney.
