I was watching a 1st season episode this past weekend, and I noticed a character "breaking the fourth wall" (talking directly to the audience). Who can think of an example of someone breaking the fourth wall in an episode of The Andy Griffith Show? (I won't say who I saw or what was said, because this may be the only example--at least it's the only time I've noticed it).
