My comment about hearing "Why don't you run up an alley and holler 'fish!'" required a little research. The line appears in TAGS "Citizen's Arrest," MASH "Alcoholic's Unanimous," and Don Knotts's "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken." All 3 of these were written by Everett Greenbaum and Jim Fritzell.
