BJ's suggestion was good. In Eudora 4.2.2, you'd go to "Tools-> Options->Incoming Mail" and check "Leave mail on server".
I've also used the method described below. You just 'Transfer' all the messages from your 'Inbox' to the 'MTBT'[sic] folder and copy both "MTBT.mbx" *and* "MTBT.toc" to the other computer's Eudora folder (or whichever folder contains both 'Inbox.mdx' and 'Inbox.toc'. Then just transfer the messages from the 'MTBT' folder to that computer's 'Inbox' and you have them on it. Be sure to 'Compact' your mailboxes after moving messages from one to another to recover space. BTW, if you try just copying the two 'inbox' files from one computer to the other, it will *replace* the inbox on the one you copy it to and you will permanently lose any messages that were there before the replacement.
