The background graphic is visually stimulating and invites further investigation of the site. Unfortunately, at 1024X768 screen resolution, your background image tiles. (it's fine at 800X600) On the homepage, the white link text gets lost in the background. Perhaps you could use the same button style that you have on subsequent pages. While you maintain a high-tech design throughout your site, it does seem strange that the background image and link style changes. I would suggest keeping the same look throughout the site. The flash logo on your homepage cycles too fast for me to read - rather frustrating. Perhaps you could slow it down or pause it between cycles. Perhaps three or four cycles would be sufficient before switching to a static logo. The infinite repetition becomes very distracting. You have a wealth of information on your site. Unfortunately, it all lead away from your site to resources similar to what your homepage claims is you goal. Where is the information about what you will provide for your customers? It seems like you have not defined your purpose for the site yet. I was intrigued by the fact that you did not use tables to structure your design. That is a good precedence to set for yourself. Continue to use CSS in your design and you will build sites that will continue to function into the future. Good Luck.
