Ken, I suspect you are experiencing the changed attitude - the web is no longer the best thing since sliced bread, compounded by economic slowdown. You may have to 'sell' what use a site might be to a trader or other prospective client with a concept of the likely total initial cost and running costs; how does the businessman justify the expenditure?
