MOU, this is why I use the percentage widths and total less than 100%. In many cases this makes browser differences in box sizing a moot issue. If you have to have a perfect fit, it won't work. But if close is ok and you don't mind some slight shifts in the right side elements (assuming a 2 or even 3 box columnar setup), it generally works.
