Actually I did try that and it had no impact on the netscape problem.

For example, the following frameset code still creates the same 3 pixels
difference in netscape 4.7:

<frameset rows="74,200*,100**" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
  <frame name="cornerFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize src="UntitledFrame-22.htm" >
  <frameset rows="*" cols="150,100%" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
    <frame name="topFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize src="UntitledFrame-23.htm" 
frameborder="NO">
    <frame name="leftFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize src="UntitledFrame-24.htm" 
frameborder="NO">
  </frameset>
  <frame name="mainFrame" src="Untitled-5.htm">
</frameset>
