Hello, This is why LDAP-based Directory Services is ideally suitable for these specific tasks. It has read-mostly indexing scheme with strong hierarchical structure. This technology is even more suitable for ISPs when separate client (synagogue) will be defined as a separate group with specific roles and associated permissions. Frankly, I can go on and on with advantages of LDAP vs. RDBMS for this specific task. I am surprised why nobody mentioned this alternative in context of this thread. Is anybody using LDAP? Peter.
