I find it odd that with all the real estate available on the screen, you chose a tiny little portion to display your content. If you are in fact intent on keeping it that way, I would suggest moving it to the right of the "Initiative" box and the cannon/rocket pictures so that it doesn't drop "below the fold". Personally I would change it so that's not even an IFRAME, and have it so that the text just runs down the page.

Additionally, is the definition of "Initiative" supposed to run to edge of its container box? I suppose that's just artistic license. (:
