I broke down and bought a Mac a couple of months ago after seeing how some sites rendered on one. There is a deli here that has a couple of Imacs people could use while eating there. That's where I used to do my Mac checks but it wasn't particularly convenient and there were times the Imacs were already in use or 'out of order'.
Bought the Mac G4 533 at CompUSA missing manual & OS disk but with 3 year full no deductible warranty for $650. Not the latest but not that old either. Right now it is running Jaguar but I picked up an OS 9 disk on eBay so I should have 'classic' mode available whenever I get around to figuring out how to install it. Now to learn how to use it.
