I do the same. Except I never go back to that site again. I don't care if
they're passing out gold ingots.

I once knew a key to press that enabled you to back out of such pages. It
really worked to press this key and hit the back button. I *think* it was on
the upper left of my keyboard. Alas, I can no longer remember what it was. I
don't think it was two keys together (ala control-alt or such combos).

I often get to a page via another page and want to go back to the original
page. Then I use the history to find that page. The sticky page will never,
ever have to worry about seeing me again. Ever.
