D-OHH.  I didn't catch that one... thanks for the advisory.  In the quest
for those precious advertiser dollars (or pennies for some) one does what
one must do.

Thanks.  My concern was that the mouse-overs would drive people crazy... But
changing it to an on-click event (for popups) has its own set of challenges.
So far, no complaints from the users...

In IE, changing the default font size (either in view menu or -- with a
wheelie mouse -- holding control while moving the wheel up/down) seems to
work with the popup text.  Still... I'll continue to fiddle with it.

The next iteration will be database enabled.
