Sorry man - had a few issues.

1 - the popup on the rLHS drove me nuts. I rolled over something, and in a totally
unrelated place, this little popup comes up.. I then need to travel to the other side
of my screen to get to it to close it.

(i think) a better option would just be to display a layer that shows the text on
mouseOver - in close position to where the mouse is. That way I only need to
scroll over things to see where they are, and I don't need to move my eyes back
and forth across the screen. Have a look at the links on www.goats.com to see
what I mean (and the site is funny too)

2. Put the mouseOver on the cell, not the link. The text is too small in terms of
area it covers for 'mouse activity'

3. put a 'cursor : hand' style on the cell. Gotta love my pointy fingers.

Otherwise, I think you've done a great job! ;o)

I would have done it this way in the first place...even just a local version so you
can make changes there, create a new file... save the source.. and away you go.
