Thanks for your thoughts, Michael. Our target is small and home-based
businesses, but looks like we will still have to deal with some who block
html.

On your second point, are you saying that if an attachment opens up in the
body of the email, it was actually embedded and not attached in the usual
sense? Would these be blocked as html?
