The site www.mainshipsystems.com is fine. If that's the home page in question then the problem is local to your desktop. If it's a different page, it's either the same problem or the web server has been compromised. If you have access to a second machine, use it to reach the home page and see if it's a server or local machine problem.
If it's local then the problem is that your desktop has been cracked. As best I can remember the procedure, you'll have to eliminate a number of files and replace some registry entries. In your registry you've been redirected to the "searchbus" site. Changing the settings in the browser won't solve it. You need to search the registry for "searchbus" and reset the values. Then eliminate any files which say "searchbus" and then reset your browser, which should reset the registry. MS has some knowledge base articles that might be of use.
