I use spybot search&destroy and ad-aware 6.
Symantec has descriptions and instructions for getting rid of js.fortnight.
By the way, js.fortnight was detected in my WDVL mail folder wdvl.dbx a few days ago.
This is one of the redirection Trojan horses that has been running wild for the last
two weeks or so in many mailing lists.
One indication that you have it is an extra signature in your email client, usually
s.html.

Diane,

Typically when your home page keeps changing to a specific site it is a fairly good
sign that you have acquired some sort of
spyware/cookie on your computer. There are some good free programs that will help you
search and clean your computer of these
components, ad aware comes to mind, try a google search for spyware removal and see
what you come up with. Someone else on the list
may be able to provide you with more specific help if needed.
