;o) Well, the colors are green...........you know what you need? One of those animated images of a hula girl dancing, or......even better, an animated image of Smokey the Bear with his head bobbing, like those old time figures people put on the dashboard of their cars and the heads bobbed up and down. Although, with Smokey, he will protect those leaves so no one will try to remove them. Also, Smokey could put out any forest fires if they start. Yeah, and some logo that flashes on/off in maybe bright red, bright yellow and purple colors.......... ;o)
All kidding aside, I like the site. I think the logo is a little difficult to read, you could change the color of the logo to match the medium green background. I also don't like the background on the buttons, I think they would look better with a solid background color, even maybe the color of the divider bar just above them.
The placement of your content on the page in 800x600 looks very good. Your links work great and the main page and linked pages downloaded very fast. Table and fonts expanded very well at 1028x768, did you specify a font size, or let it be default?

But I would like some feedback on the design, navigation,
concept, etc. The menu along the top will be expanded, and the menus down the side will reflect which section of the site you're in.
